I will tell you honestly when that is the case — and when it is not, because a rebuild is the most expensive option and most sites do not need one.

Common questions
- Will I lose my Google rankings in a redesign?
- Not if the redirects are done properly, which is a required step rather than an optional one. Every old URL points at its new equivalent so the accumulated authority carries across. A rebuild without this is how sites lose years of progress overnight.
- How long does a website rebuild take?
- Typically two to three weeks of build time once the content is settled. Content is almost always the bottleneck — writing and photographs take longer than building.
- Do I really need a rebuild?
- Often not, and I will say so. If your site loads quickly, works on a phone and the contact form arrives, you probably have a dated site rather than a broken one, and a smaller piece of work will do.
