When a website breaks it rarely announces itself. The contact form stops delivering, a page starts erroring, the menu stops opening on phones — and because the owner does not use their own site like a customer, it can go unnoticed for months.
I fix that class of problem: find the actual cause, repair it properly, and tell you in plain English what went wrong.

If anything I touched misbehaves in the next fortnight, I fix it at no charge.

Common questions
- How quickly can you fix my website?
- Most single faults are live within 48 hours of you approving the quote. If your site is down entirely or your checkout is broken, that jumps the queue and I start the same day.
- How much does website repair cost?
- A single issue starts at £99. You get an exact figure after I have looked, and once you accept it, it does not move. There is nothing to pay until the work is live.
- What if you cannot fix it?
- Then you do not pay for that piece of work. I only quote for things I am confident I can deliver, which is what the free diagnosis is for.
- Do you work on WordPress?
- Yes — WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and custom builds. Whatever you already have, I work with it rather than insisting you move.
